All IPTV subscription packages from FlixPlayz Digital IPTV are securely delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation. Customers may request a refund or cancel their subscription within 48 hours of receiving their login credentials. After this time, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed, as the digital service is considered fully delivered once credentials are issued.

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at contact@flixplayz.com with your complete order details. Once your request is verified, refunds will be processed promptly. This policy ensures customers have a fair opportunity to resolve any issues or reconsider their purchase while maintaining the protection and reliability of our digital platform.

Please note that virtual gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.

Physical Products (Streaming Devices)
Physical streaming devices may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. A deduction may apply to cover handling, shipping, or restocking fees.

To start a return, contact us at contact@flixplayz.com for return instructions and address details. Do not send any items without prior approval. Once the returned device is received and inspected, your refund will be issued with applicable deductions applied.
