Our role is to supply access to subscriptions and reseller panels as described at the time of purchase, with reliability, professionalism, and transparency.

FlixPlayz operates as a reseller for various streaming content providers and does not claim ownership or editorial control over channels, streams, or VOD libraries. Packages, including channel lineups and content offerings, can change at any time based on provider adjustments, licensing arrangements, or technical configurations. While we strive to provide a stable and varied range of content, no channel or title can be guaranteed to remain permanently available, and additions, removals, or modifications may occur without notice.

Our responsibility covers the activation and provision of subscriptions for the purchased period. After payment is confirmed, your access details and subscription information are sent to your email address, including the subscription duration or expiration date. Each subscription is intended for a single connection at a time; sharing across multiple devices simultaneously may result in suspension or termination without refund. Accurate and complete device and setup information must be provided to ensure correct configuration and activation.

Streaming technology may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as server maintenance, internet congestion, provider adjustments, or other technical circumstances. These factors can cause temporary buffering, freezing, or certain channels not loading. While we and our partners continuously work to minimize disruption, uninterrupted performance cannot be guaranteed. For resellers, panel access and credits are provided as agreed, while management of end users and internal configurations remains the reseller’s responsibility.

Subscriptions automatically end at the conclusion of the purchased period and do not require manual cancellation. Reactivation or extension requires a new purchase. FlixPlayz may modify, add, or discontinue services, packages, or features without prior announcement to comply with agreements, legal requirements, or operational needs. Payments are processed securely, and customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of their payment and email information.
