Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (IPTV Subscriptions)

All IPTV subscription packages from FlixPlayz Digital IPTV are delivered securely to your email immediately after payment confirmation. Customers may request a refund or cancel their subscription within 48 hours of receiving their login credentials. After this period, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed, as the digital service is considered fully delivered once the credentials have been issued and sent. 

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at contact@flixplayz.com with your full order details, including your email address and proof of purchase. Once your request is reviewed and verified, any approved refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method, subject to the policies of your bank or payment provider. This approach gives customers a fair opportunity to resolve issues or reconsider their purchase, while protecting the integrity and stability of our digital platform. 

Please note that virtual gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased, as they are treated as final sale items immediately upon delivery. 

Physical Products (Streaming Devices) 

Physical streaming devices may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, cables, and accessories. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a deduction may be applied to cover handling, shipping, or restocking fees. 

To start a return, contact us at contact@flixplayz.com for return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may be refused. Once the returned device is received and inspected, your refund will be issued with any applicable deductions reflected in the final amount.
